VicidialMobile is a simple app for viewing Vicidial reports exclusively formatted for mobile devices.
VicidialMobile is the official mobile application of the Vicidial contact center suite. It's a simple application used to view certain popular real-time reports from the Vicidial contact center suite, formatted specifically for ease of viewing and use from mobile devices.
** Please note - you MUST be using Vicidial SVN version 3071, released on 2019-03-07 or later. Older versions of Vicidial do not have the necessary files included! **
The user need only configure the app with the domain of their Vicidial installation (it must use HTTPS protocol) and a valid user account from their dialer, and they will be good to go!
